Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware Warranty

The Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in the material or workmanship under normal or household non-commercial use and cared for in accordance to instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are not covered by this warranty. Warranty excludes breakage due to dropping of glass covers, damage to cookware attributable to misuse and abuse, accidents or alterations to the products due to overheating, use of aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, use of caustic or other non-approved cleaners, or any damage which does not impair the functionality of the product. Tupperware shall have the right to determine if the item is defective and, at its option, replace it with a similar or equivalent item, or provide credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Warranty replacement requires shipping the product to Tupperware at your expense.

 

The following actions will invalidate your Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware warranty:

 

- Using non-stick cookware on high heat for an extended period of time.

- Using aerosol cooking spray.

- Washing non-stick cookware in the dishwasher.

- Using metal utensils on any non-stick surface.

- Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners or bleach.

MicroPro Grill® Warranty    

The MicroPro® Grill carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in the material or workmanship under normal or household non-commercial use and cared for in accordance to instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are not covered by this warranty. Warranty excludes damage attributable to misuse and abuse, accidents or alterations to the products due to overheating, use of aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, use of caustic or other non-approved cleaners, or any damage which does not impair the functionality of the product. Tupperware shall have the right to determine if the item is defective and, at its option, replace it with a similar or equivalent item, or provide credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Warranty replacement requires shipping the product to Tupperware at your expense.

Microwave Pressure Cooker - Limited Lifetime Warranty

The silicone parts of our Microwave Pressure Cooker are excluded from the Limited Lifetime Warranty. All other parts fall under of Limited Lifetime Warranty. Refer to Limited Lifetime Warranty for more info.

30-day Warranty

Products designated with the G symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include chipping or breakage of glass or china items due to dropping.

If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1-800-887-7379. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will be made, or credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subject to shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

WHAT'S COVERED

Chipping

Chipping may occur along the edges of a product.

Breaking

Breaking produces a hole in the product.

Peeling

Peeling can occur mainly in older products.

Cracking

Can be large or tiny, like this crazing (network of fine cracks).

Warping

Products manufactured after September 1979 are dishwasher safe and if warped, are eligible for replacement.

Q Warranty

Warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for up to one year after purchase.

G Warranty

Warranted to be free of manufacturing defects upon receipt. You have 30 days from purchase to request free replacement.

NOT COVERED

Stains

Food stains and discoloration do not affect the performance of the product and are not covered under Tupperware warranties.

Scratches

Warranty does not cover scratches that happen under normal product use.

Cuts or Chewing

Cuts by knives or other sharp objects including chewing are not covered by warranty.

Microwave Damage

Foods high in sugar or fat can cause this type of damage when microwaved, but it does not affect the performance of the product so are not covered by warranty.

Melting

If products touch a burner on the stove, a heating element in the dishwasher or other extremely hot objects, the heat can melt the product. Melting is not covered by warranty.

Warping

Before September 1979, products were not manufactured to be dishwasher safe and warping due to dishwashers prior to this period are not covered by warranty.

Q Warranty

Damage to Q Warranty products are not covered when damage is the result of improper care such as rusting blades.

If your item has both covered and not covered types of damage, it is covered by warranty.

Where do I find the mold number for my product?

Every Tupperware® brand product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number. This can be found either in the center of the product or the outer edge or on the lip of the product. Please note that each seal and container have their own number.
