Chop veggies

In base of Power Chef fitted with blade attachment, add onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Replace cover and pull cord until finely chopped.

Combine and serve

Transfer veggies to small bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix to combine and serve with chips or as a topping.
