Prep the cookie dough

Place Pro Ring in base of MicroPro® Grill and set aside. In medium bowl, mix butter and sugars until creamy; incorporate egg, vanilla into butter/sugar mix until well combined. Add in baking soda, salt, flour and mix to form dough. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tbsp. 


Bake and serve

Divide dough in half and press into Pro Ring. Cover and microwave at 50% power in Grill position for 24 minutes or until the top of cookie is set. Let rest for 2 minutes before unmolding. Repeat with remaining dough. Top with remaining chocolate chips, and serve warm.
